Lead Pastor - Major Dalton

Major possesses a strong belief that God's Word should be shared with clarity and conviction. 

In addition to pastoring churches in Tennessee and Texas, Major has spoke at revivals and conferences across the United States.  He has also served as a lead researcher for Docent Research group (a nation wide ministry devoted to assisting busy pastors with sermon preparation), and has taught college level classes in the fields of biblical studies and theology. 

After undergraduate work at Liberty University and the Harvest Institute for Biblical Studies (Tennessee Temple), Major completed the Advanced Master of Divinity in Preaching from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He has also completed ThM and Ph.D.level studies in Homiletics.and is a Certified Biblical Counselor with BCI.

Major has been married to his high school sweetheart, Kim, for twenty-one years.  They have three children (Stephen, Nicholas, & Kristen).

Pastor to Youth - Isaac Moody

Isaac possesses a passion for worship and engaging biblical teaching/preaching in youth contexts.

After graduation from Carson-Newman University with majors in music and psychology, Isaac joined the Overflow Band.  In addition to his ministry duties at Fairfield, Isaac continues to perform as lead guitarist for the band at special events and a regularly scheduled contemporary Thursday evening worship service reaching the unchurched in the Corryton community.

Isaac and his wife Chantalle have a beautiful daughter, Mia.

Worship Pastor - Anthony Jones (Transitional)

In 2014, after over 20 years of ministry at FBC, Ed Fox retired as Worship Leader.  He and penny remain a vital part of our church family.  While our church prayerfully seeks God's face regarding the future of Fairfield's worship ministry, we are blessed to have Anthony Jones leading our worship services.
Anthony and his wife Lisa, are long time members of the Fairfield family.  He is a gifted vocalist who sings with the worship quartet In Faith, and the group regularly leads worship together.

Children's Director - Carolyn Shaw

Carolyn Shaw began leading our children's ministry in 2011. Carolyn pulls from more than 20 years experience serving in administration in elementary education. She is passionate about exposing FBC children to the life changing truth of God's Word. In addition to coordinating our Sunday morning children's church (GoFish),Carolyn leads a gifted support staff for Wednesday evening activities and special outings.

Pre-School Director & Nursery- Beth Morrow

God has blessed our church with incredible resources to minister to both our church family and community.  Fairfield regularly hosts community events including banquets, weddings, and parties.  Loleta oversees our the Fairfield campus including event coordination. 
Loleta is married to Robert, who performs as the drummer for the Overhome Boys.

Church Secretary/Administrator - Regina Countess
